As a DSP Sales Specialist you’ll bring full‑funnel, high‑performance advertising solutions to brands across categories, acting as a consultative sales partner to clients, merchandising partners, and marketing support. You’ll drive client meetings, provide DSP/programmatic expertise, and increase adoption of our ad products by connecting Walmart Connect teams (Sales and Product) with advertisers. You will impact at a senior stakeholder level as a member of cross‑functional teams.

What You’ll Do

Become an expert in Walmart Connect’s programmatic offering through deep partnership with Product and Sales teams.

Drive customer engagements focused on our DSP/programmatic value proposition.

Reach and strive to exceed sales quotas while contributing to our team goals.

Manage a variety of advertiser accounts.

Travel to client meetings and collaborate with colleagues onsite.

What You’ll Bring

Natural curiosity and dedication to getting answers to questions, especially through data interpretation.

Passion for digital advertising, building fruitful partnerships, and becoming an expert in the wide world of Walmart merchandising.

Ability to quickly build relationships with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external.

At least 3 years of experience in programmatic sales.

Proven track record of leveraging data to create performance insights, compelling presentations, and programs to connect brands with consumers and identify sales opportunities.

Ability to prioritize effectively across a broad spectrum of initiatives.

Team‑first mindset with a desire to bring cross‑functional colleagues along for the ride.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in advertising sales, including programmatic ad sales.

Experience managing internal and external relationships.

Experience in retail media.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, strong attention to detail, and diligent follow‑through.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Advertising, or a related area.

Management experience.

Experience working with Fortune 500 advertisers, agencies, and clients.
