San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is hiring two

Airport Property Specialist I

for our

Revenue Development & Management office . In this role you will oversee leasing and property management for all non‑aviation tenants including retail, food & beverage, and service spots across the SFO campus. As an

Airport Property Specialist I , you will also help manage tenant activities and contracts that keep SFO running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, along with experience in managing airport concessions, airline operations, or aviation support service contracts. An understanding of complex lease terms and the ability to conduct detailed financial analyses are also highly desirable.

Education:

Possession of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university AND

Experience:

Two (2) years of experience in the areas appropriate to the assigned position. These areas may include but are not limited to: market research; evaluation of economic feasibility of leases; the management and leasing of: commercial properties, retail properties, passenger services and advertising, food and beverage concessions, airport/aviation industry tenants, air passenger support services, airline operations, or air cargo operations.

Note:

Residential property management experience is not qualifying.

Substitution:

Additional qualifying full time work experience (2,000 hours equal one year) as described above may substitute for up to two (2) years of the required education. One (1) year of work experience equal 30 semester units or 45 quarter units.

Desirable Qualifications:

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Experience in management of airport concessions, airline or Airport aviation support services operations and contracts.

Understanding of complex lease terms and financial analyses.
