About the Role As our Enterprise Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives for a fast‑paced, high‑growth company. Your leadership will have a direct impact on the growth of the Enterprise segment, the training and development of your team, and you’ll be an integral part of Rippling’s growth. This position reports to a Director of Enterprise Sales.

What You’ll Do

Manage and coach a team of Account Executives to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Monitor sales performance: pipeline health, pipeline progression, monthly forecasts, and bookings to ensure quota attainment.

Assist your team throughout their sales cycles, playing an active role to help the team in competing effectively and selling the value of Rippling.

Ensure your team maintains accurate and up‑to‑date sales documentation in SFDC.

Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Participate in hiring and interviewing process, as well as training and ramp‑up of new team members.

Collaborate with pre‑sales, solution consulting, sales development, implementation, and customer experience teams to ensure successful client engagements, and foster a collaborative culture within the Enterprise organization.

Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and competitor offerings and position Rippling effectively in the market.

Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

BA/BS Degree.

3‑5 years of experience managing successful SaaS sales teams, with AEs delivering $1M+ in ARR bookings.

Proven track record in leading a team of AEs in consistently acquiring new Enterprise customers through outbound prospecting.

Experience selling HCM software and/or related products preferred.

Able to accurately forecast team performance on a monthly and quarterly time frame.

Able to manage, develop, and optimize talent for peak performance.

Motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

Ability to thrive in a very fast‑paced environment.

Salary and compensation: $310,000 – $340,000 USD per year (OTE All Tiers) plus competitive benefits and equity. (Commission is not guaranteed.)

Rippling highly values in‑office collaboration. For office‑based employees within a defined radius of a Rippling office, the role requires working in the office at least three days a week under current policy.
