Senior Service Management Support to NIMSC Land/Air Business Unit – Mission Integrated Portfolio Team
Vector Synergy is seeking a Senior Service Management Support professional to coordinate service management and delivery for the NIMSC Land/Air (NIMSC LA) Business Unit – Mission Integrated Portfolio Team. The role will support missions, projects, and service delivery using NATO tools and systems.
Responsibilities
Coordinate Service Management and Service Delivery support for assigned services, missions, and projects.
Support Project Managers by utilizing NATO tools and systems (EBA, ServiceNow, and SharePoint).
Track financial status (OPEX & CAPEX), including acquisition progress (PR to PO), daily using NCIA EBA and ServiceNow toolsets, and manage resources, cost planning, and timeline planning within ServiceNow.
Update the NIMSC SharePoint Portal weekly with progress reports and recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree from a nationally recognized or certified university in a Service Management related discipline.
At least 10 years of prior commercial experience.
At least 3 years of prior NATO experience, in particular with NCI Agency.
Holistic understanding of NATO static infrastructure.
Experience in the development of documentation and report writing.
Critical thinking and problem‑solving ability with an analytical approach to tasks and problems.
