Test Manager
Position Summary: We are searching for an Aerospace Environmental Test Manager to oversee complex environmental qualification and acceptance testing for flight and mission‑critical hardware. This role serves as a technical authority in vibration and TVAC testing and leads the team responsible for delivering high‑quality test results in a fast‑paced engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead environmental test campaigns from concept through execution, covering vibration, thermal, shock, and TVAC disciplines.
Manage a skilled team of engineers and technicians, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop, review, and maintain test procedures and facility documentation.
Ensure test activities comply with applicable aerospace standards and customer requirements.
Oversee operations of environmental test equipment and ensure facility readiness.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to establish test requirements and resolve issues during execution.
Perform data analysis and create high‑quality test reports for stakeholders.
Advance process efficiency, documentation structure, and facility capabilities.
Qualifications
Engineering degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or related field.
7+ years of environmental test experience, including significant leadership roles.
Direct experience with vibration testing and thermal vacuum test systems.
Strong familiarity with aerospace environmental standards.
