Entry Level Attorney / Pre‑Litigation Associate (Contract to Hire, 100% Remote)
Base Pay $40.00/hr – $45.00/hr
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate $40–45/hr
Expected commission $2,000+ per month

Conversion to permanent direct‑hire after 3 months
Responsibilities
Represent clients in pre‑litigation matters, including negotiation with opposing counsel.
Communicate with clients and opposing counsel to assess case status and potential settlements.
Prepare and review legal documents related to pre‑litigation.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor and admission to the California Bar.
California residence.
Willingness to work a 3‑month contract before conversion.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
