Role Overview As Senior Director, Global Talent Attraction, you will steer the worldwide Talent Attraction organization. Your focus will be on building a high‑performance team that drives hiring goals for Sales, CSG, Tech & Product, and Corporate organizations. You will develop strategic sourcing models, harness data, and integrate AI and Digital Labor insights into global recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities

Oversee the growth and development of the Global Talent Attraction team while driving accountability and performance.

Partner with cross‑functional recruiting teams to deliver against quarterly and annual global hiring targets.

Lead strategic global sourcing and recruiting initiatives and programs, demonstrating strong project management skills.

Deliver and analyze reporting to drive transparency against key performance metrics, progress of major initiatives, and identify areas of opportunity to enhance performance.

Create a strong sense of team unity and engagement by building recruiter capability and partnerships.

Foster continuous improvement, encouraging self‑learning and peer‑led empowerment to unleash the team’s full potential.

Continuously test and implement new sourcing techniques, tools, and approaches that drive collective success with a focus on technological advancements.

Develop and articulate a strategic vision for the impact of AI and Digital Labor on talent attraction, integrating these insights into global recruiting strategies.

Qualifications

10+ years of recruiting experience with a minimum of 5 years in direct people management and leading people managers.

Demonstrated success building strong internal partnerships to influence cross‑functional outcomes.

Excellent influencing and communication skills; ability to present data to senior leaders.

Ability to analyze and leverage data to forecast and drive effective global recruitment strategies.

Background understanding of the tech industry, global nuances, and regional laws for sourcing strategy development.

Proven technical aptitude and experience with recruiting technologies, including AI and Digital Labor applications in talent acquisition.

Experience in strategic initiatives and project management within a talent acquisition context.

For New York‑based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $214,800 to $327,600. For California‑based roles, the range is $214,800 to $327,600. For Illinois‑based roles, the range is $196,800 to $300,200.
