Must Have Experience/Skills/Education:
Completed BS or MS in Electrical Engineering Degree
4+ years of relevant EE experience
Device/Medical Device experience PREFERRED, or experience in a regulated industry
Strong understanding/experience with circuit boards and embedded systems
Position Summary:
This role will be working in electrical magnetic capability and circuit board design.
Responsible for custom design circuit boards - design them and provide info to CMOs.
Work with 3rd party vendors in support of new/current products.
Support R&D; helping with new product design (circuit board design).
Requirements:
Completed BS or MS in Electrical Engineering Degree
4+ years of relevant EE experience
Device/Medical Device experience PREFERRED, or experience in a regulated industry
Strong understanding/experience with circuit boards and embedded systems
Proficiency in Altium Designer or equivalent PCB design tools for schematic capture and board layout
Experience with LabView and/or LabWindows CVI for test automation
Strong background in motion control, AC power electronics, servo systems, and embedded systems
Expertise in bare-metal C programming, including memory management and interrupt handling (NXP and STMicro preferred)
Familiarity with C# development in Visual Studio (preferred)
Proven experience with system-level electrical architecture
Knowledge of regulatory standards including UL-61010, UL-60601, CE, TuV, and EMI/EMC compliance
