Responsibilities

Learning and adopting consulting skills and business knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment.

Translating client's business needs into business requirements and participating in production of solutions to drive business value.

Working with clients to refine or design their business strategy while working in an agile collaborative environment.

Additional responsibilities: This role requires candidates to work on-site 5 days a week at the Washington, DC office and will begin in Summer 2026.

Eligibility & Requirements

Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance.

Willingness to travel up to 100 %.

Outcome‑focused, high resilience, flexibility, and resolve to achieve success across a broad range of consultative contexts.

Ability to understand clients’ needs and challenges and apply a creative and logical approach to identify solutions.

Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analysis skills and ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insights.

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels of the IBM and client team.
