About the role As Senior Consultant your responsibilities will be:

Business Development of existing clients, leveraging Oliver James's excellent brand reputation to pull job requisitions in the Technology departments of clients where we've placed actuaries, accountants, brokers, claims analysts, and more.

You’ll spend your days going on client meetings, making client calls, and providing the highest level of service to hiring managers.

You’ll be executing on and expanding a targeted market map, purely focused on expanding and growing business with hiring managers, while a full candidate delivery team supports your efforts.

As an experienced recruitment hire, you’ll be supporting and collaborating with other divisions and team members.

About you

3+ years of Staffing Agency recruitment experience

Business Development/Client facing experience as an Account Manager or Full Desk/360 Recruiter

You’re interested in leading by example, and building others to work as one and win as one

You’re flexible and adaptable, with the goal of strengthening relationships and devoting interest to secure understanding

You thrive in a targets-focused environment, creating goals to enable autonomy and growing vision to build inspiration.
