Our mission is to enable sustainable, efficient, and quiet transport solutions through innovative power electronics and system integration.

We value diverse perspectives and experiences, believing that an inclusive workplace drives better insights, smarter solutions, and success for the entire team. We are committed to fostering an equitable and supportive environment that celebrates differences and empowers every team member.

What You’ll Do

Design and develop high-voltage, high-power-density power electronics converters for advanced electric mobility platforms.

Develop and analyze electrical architectures and DC‑DC converter topologies, ensuring system performance, safety, and reliability.

Lead all aspects of power electronics design, from component selection and circuit design to module integration and system‑level hardware implementation.

Take ownership of hardware from initial concept through specification, design, prototype, verification, and manufacturing.

Design power supply and sensing circuits, create schematics, PCB layouts, and oversee PCB assembly.

Plan and execute prototype verification tests to validate design concepts and performance.

Analyze test data and reports to ensure compliance with functional and performance specifications.

Troubleshoot and perform root‑cause analysis for issues encountered during prototyping.

Continuously improve converter performance regarding weight, size, reliability, features, manufacturability, and testability.

Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to optimize production efficiency and yield.

Work closely with cross‑functional teams to meet system safety and reliability requirements.

Design, optimize, build, and test custom magnetics, including high‑frequency transformers and inductors.

Support EMC testing, environmental stress testing, and failure/fault analysis for power electronics modules and systems.
