Job Summary We are seeking a highly technical and analytical Senior Analyst, Sales Strategy & Operations to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across our Sales and Partner organizations, while supporting strategic alignment across the broader global GTM ecosystem. In close partnership with Sales, Partner, and Revenue leaders, this role will own critical analyses, reporting infrastructure, and strategic insights that shape our GTM strategy and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and market trends to identify growth opportunities

Translate data into compelling insights and clear executive‑ready narratives that influence strategic decisions

Partner with Sales, Partner, Marketing, CS, and Finance to align on business goals and KPIs

Act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Partner leaders, providing data-driven insights that influence strategy, territory planning, and investment decisions

Partner closely with Finance, RevOps and Data teams to align GTM analytics with broader business priorities, ensuring consistency in forecasting, goal‑setting, and reporting

Develop executive-ready presentations and dashboards that clearly communicate performance drivers and business impact

Design, build, and enhance dashboards and reporting frameworks in Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake

Develop scalable SQL data models and queries to support analysis and recurring insights

Own data pipelines and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of GTM reporting

Identify gaps in sales processes and propose data-driven improvements

Build automated workflows, reporting enhancements, and tools that improve team efficiency and data visibility

Support annual and quarterly planning cycles including forecasting, GTM business reviews and capacity modeling

Work with Sales & Partner leaders to interpret performance metrics and recommend actions

Partner with RevOps and Finance to improve data definitions, governance, and system integrations

Manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of related experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, or Strategy—ideally in a SaaS environment with a Bachelor’s degree

Experience with SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions)

Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud warehouses

Experience with Tableau (dashboard building, calculated fields, LOD expressions)

Experience with Salesforce reporting and CRM analytics

Proven experience working with large, complex datasets and transforming them into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to create clear, crisp executive-level presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides)

A proactive, curious mindset with a track record of driving automation, improving workflows, and building scalable solutions

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

Strong attention to detail, ownership mentality, and comfort operating independently
