“Vice President of Hospitality Operations/Assistant General Manager”

for the All-New

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Contribute to property and company goals as a member of the Executive Committee by collaborating on strategies and executions

Inform VP of Nevada Operations of all property activities and personnel issues on a daily basis.

Responsible for planning, controlling, communications and implementing procedures and processes for the overall efficient operations and optimal guest experience in areas of responsibility

Evaluate performance and productivity data in areas of responsibility to optimize revenue and profitability

Guide/Assist in preparing and effectively managing department budgets and strategic plans

Work with Corporate Leaders on programs and initiatives to improve product performance and execute corporate standards

Establish standards of performance and ensure standards of quality, teamwork and guest service in areas of responsibility

Establish and maintain communication and interaction with employees and guests in areas of responsibility

Monitor schedules and activities to maintain efficiency

Coordinate successful execution of special events in areas of responsibility

Work with department leaders and assist with P&L reviews and departmental budget questions

Actively monitor all operations for proper service levels and employee activity

Work on any special projects, company initiatives, and training as directed

Analyze and interpret departmental needs and results. Recognize and solve problems

Effectively manage people, process and procedures and adhere to deadlines

Promote positive work atmosphere, including support and assistance to all the management and staff

Observe and analyze current and future competitive properties

Contribute to management shift coverage and floor representation

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

Must be fluent in English

Multiple language skills preferred but not required

Ability to read, analyze and interpret common financial reports and legal documents

Must have strong communication skills

Four year degree or equivalent work experience

5 yrs. experience in managing and supervising in casino operations

Registered with the Nevada Gaming Control Board

Must have strong experience in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook suite of products
