Ensure data‑driven experimentation with reproducible, high‑quality results for AI model integration. Define materials innovation roadmap in electrolytes and interfacial science. Requirements: PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrochemistry, or related field. Strong R&D leadership experience directing multi‑disciplinary teams.
