What You’ll Do About the Team: CoreWeave is the AI hyperscaler delivering a cloud platform of cutting‑edge services powering the next wave of AI. We operate a growing footprint of data centers across the U.S. and Europe and were named one of TIME100’s Most Influential Companies of 2024. This role sits within our Community Affairs function, which serves as CoreWeave’s connection point to the communities where we operate.

About The Role You will as the voice and presence of CoreWeave in our host communities, ensuring we show up with respect, clarity, and measurable local benefit. In this role, you will lead community strategy for individual data center sites, coordinate across state, federal, and international teams, and execute programs that deliver real impact. Day‑to‑day, you will engage local leaders, neighbors, suppliers, and stakeholders, while partnering internally to manage visits, hearings, and site communications. You will translate community priorities into action and ensure CoreWeave is viewed as a trusted, long‑term partner.

Who You Are

8–12+ years of experience leading community affairs or local government relations for infrastructure, industrial, or large‑scale development projects

Demonstrated track record building and executing community programs with measurable outcomes (jobs, workforce pipelines, suppliers, water stewardship, etc.)

Experience serving as a spokesperson in public meetings and media environments

Proven ability to lead cross‑functional planning with communications, operations, siting, finance, sustainability, and legal teams

Experience managing and reporting measurable metrics such as sentiment trends, program participation, and impact

Ability to travel extensively and work on‑site as needed

Knowledge of compliance obligations for local and state lobbying regulations

Preferred

Knowledge of environmental permitting processes and local regulatory pathways

Familiarity with data centers, large‑load energy topics, or accelerated‑computing infrastructure

What We Offer The base salary range for this role is $161,000 to $237,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
