A global heavy equipment manufacturer is seeking a Director of Research & Development in the greater Houston area. This leader will oversee R&D initiatives, drive product improvement, and ensure quality standards for construction and material handling products. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree, over 15 years of engineering experience including 10 years in R&D, and strong leadership abilities.
