Action Day Schools invites passionate early childhood educators to step into a leadership role while fostering a love of learning in young minds. Our Director in Training program offers mentorship, 1:1 coaching, and a 12‑month immersive experience that prepares you to manage an Infant Center or Preschool with excellence. Key Responsibilities
Build and empower a caring team of educators aligned with our core values. Supervise, coach, and mentor staff to ensure a positive learning environment. Provide premium customer service, cultivating strong family relationships. Maintain the highest quality of care in safety, curriculum, and child development practices. Drive enrollment growth and deliver welcoming first impressions for families. Oversee daily school operations, budgeting, compliance, scheduling, and team coordination. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 core ECE units (Infant/Toddler units preferred). Minimum 3 years of early childhood teaching experience; 5 years of educational leadership preferred. Strong initiative, multitasking ability, and emotional intelligence in communication. Passion for working with young children and a desire to learn and grow. Compensation
$78,000 – $88,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Professional Development
Hands‑on training with a mentor and 1:1 coaching sessions. New‑hire workshop and ongoing staff development days. CPR/First Aid certification and pathway to senior director or corporate‑level promotions. Creative collaboration on facility design and physical environment. Benefits (Full‑time 30+ hrs/week)
