We’re seeking an experienced Senior R&D Project Manager to lead cross‑functional development initiatives within a fast‑growing medical device organization. This role drives programs from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and clinical teams while maintaining compliance with FDA and ISO 13485 requirements.
What You’ll Do
Lead full lifecycle project management for new product development and product enhancements
Partner closely with engineering teams on design controls, verification/validation, risk management, and documentation
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and cross‑functional deliverables
Facilitate decision‑making, remove roadblocks, and ensure projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget
Support regulatory submissions, design reviews, and stage‑gate processes
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in medical device R&D project management
Strong understanding of design controls, change management, and regulated development environments
Proven success leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex technical programs
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
PMP or similar certification preferred but not required
