ESPRIMO Srl, an IT consultancy firm that has been operating since 2002 throughout the national and international territory, supporting businesses, is positioned in the Information Technology sector with the aim of providing a wide range of products, services and solutions in the most strategic areas for the company, such as: IT Infrastructure, Content Management, ERP, Business Intelligence, CRM, Web Applications.

Data Scientist with at least 7 years of experience The candidate must be able to apply critical and autonomous reasoning to face and frame various kinds of issues, aiming always to efficient, performant and clean solutions.

It is also mandatory to master the entire end-to-end models development process from data collection and preparation to model training, evaluation and presentation.

Finally, produced models must be continuously monitored and observed using model monitoring processes to properly and timely schedule re‑training jobs and constantly ensure model performance and reliability.

Required skills

Deep Python knowledge for object oriented, scripting and notebook (Jupyter) programming

Ability to design and implement advanced analytics and predictive algorithms based on machine-generated data

Integrating and manipulating data from various on‑premise and Cloud (AWS) sources for the development of Data Analytics solutions

Data cleaning and inspection of timeseries, structured and non‑structured dataset with pandas, scikit‑learn and numpy

Machine learning and deep learning concepts are required to develop prediction algorithms like LSTMs, RNNs, NNs, Decision Trees and more

Data visualization and presentation with a linear and clean storytelling adopting Matplotlib, Seaborn and others

Designing post‑deployments monitoring and re‑training pipelines

Leverage AWS services (Lambda, SageMaker, RDS) for scalable data processing and modeling

Implementing intelligent agent based on LLM using AWS Bedrock and/or Copilot Studio

Collaboration and team working with other Data Scientists, Process Engineers, and DevOps teams

Nice to have

Background in manufacturing, IoT, or industrial process automation – Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
