Coordinator of Youth Ministry - Holy Trinity Parish - Washington DC Holy Trinity Church in Washington DC is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Coordinator of Youth Ministry to minister to and engage young people more deeply in living their Catholic faith. This is a full‑time role that reports to the Parish Managing Director and offers a salary of $60,000 to $70,000 per year with excellent benefits.

Coordinator of Youth Ministry

provides primary leadership for the design, implementation, and evaluation of parish ministry to junior and high school youth, deepening their relationship with Jesus Christ. The role fosters a core team of volunteers and a youth leadership team to implement a multidimensional and holistic program that includes advocacy, catechesis, community life, evangelization, justice and service, leadership development, pastoral care, prayer and worship. The coordinator also assists with the Confirmation program for youth and supports other pastoral ministries as needed.

Additional responsibilities include recruiting and training adult volunteers, administrative tasks, and collaborating with parish ministries such as liturgy, Ignatian Spirituality, social justice ministries, and other Holy Trinity faith‑formation programs.

Qualifications :

Practicing Catholic and an active member of a Roman Catholic parish faith community.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in theology or a related field, or equivalent experience in campus or youth ministry.

Experience working with junior‑high or high‑school youth essential.

Knowledge of Ignatian spirituality highly desirable.

Organizational, technological, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
