We’re looking for a Senior IAM Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) for Identity Governance (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). You’ll lead the design, implementation, and supporting of enterprise‑scale IAM solutions that integrate Saviynt, Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion, SAP, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ensuring secure, compliant, and automated access management. What You’ll Do
Implement and configure Saviynt EIC 2023.x / 2024.x for IGA and PAM. Design Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver (JML) workflows, ARS requests, and access certifications. Integrate applications using REST / SOAP / JDBC / SCIM connectors. Configure RBAC, ABAC, PBAC models and SoD policies for compliance (SOX, PCI‑DSS, HIPAA, GDPR). Manage privileged accounts (onboarding, vaulting, rotation, session recording) via Saviynt PAM. Enable SSO and federation with PingFederate, Okta, Azure AD (Entra ID) using SAML, OAuth, and OIDC. Build custom dashboards and analytics reports in Saviynt for compliance and audit readiness. Troubleshoot workflows, connectors, and jobs, ensuring system reliability. Automate deployments using Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions. What We’re Looking For
7+ years in Identity and Access Management, including 4+ years in Saviynt EIC (IGA & PAM). Strong understanding of RBAC / ABAC / PBAC, JML automation, and access governance. Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) and policy‑driven security. Proficiency with REST APIs, SQL, Java, Python, and BeanShell. Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, ServiceNow, and SAP integrations. Hands‑on with SSO / Federation and protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OIDC. Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP) and DevOps pipeline knowledge (Jenkins, Git). Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills. Nice‑to‑Have Skills
Experience with SailPoint, Okta, or Ping Identity. Knowledge of adaptive authentication, zero‑trust, and compliance frameworks. Why Join Us
