Senior Application Developer - Palantir Foundry & AWS
We are seeking a highly skilled AWS + Palantir Foundry Developer responsible for building end-to-end data applications, operational workflows, analytics pipelines, and user-facing Foundry apps. The role requires strong hands‑on development experience on Foundry and AWS with a focus on scalable, secure, and automated cloud-native solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Palantir Foundry Development: Develop and deploy workflows using Code Repositories, Foundry Ontology/Object Models, Transformations (PySpark, SQL, Python), Quiver & Contour. Build operational and user-facing Foundry applications. Manage data lineage, versioning, cataloging, and governance compliance.
AWS Cloud Development: Integrate Foundry with AWS (S3, Lambda, Glue, IAM, API Gateway, Athena). Develop secure cloud-native architectures aligned with AWS Well‑Architected Framework. Optimize Spark compute, job schedules, and cluster performance.
Data Engineering Responsibilities: Build robust ETL/ELT workflows in PySpark/SQL. Handle structured and semi-structured datasets. Implement data quality validation and automated error handling.
DevOps & CI/CD: Use Git and Foundry CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment. Work with AWS DevOps tools (CodePipeline, CodeCommit, CodeBuild). Implement test automation, validation checks, and monitoring.
Required Technical Skills
Mandatory: Strong experience in Palantir Foundry (Transformations, Applications, Ontology, Pipelines).
Programming: Python, SQL, PySpark.
Cloud: AWS (S3, Lambda, Glue, IAM).
Tools: Git, Docker (optional).
Concepts: Data engineering, APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD, cloud security.
