We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team and help shape the next generation of our systems!

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and validate predictive and analytical algorithms for CGM data.

Build robust prototypes using advanced machine learning and statistical techniques.

Translate patient needs into practical algorithmic concepts using real-world sensor and log data.

Rapidly model and evaluate new clinical and technical ideas.

Process and manage heterogeneous time-series data from medical devices.

Execute rigorous data cleaning, imputation, transformation, and develop sophisticated features.

Build and optimize ML models (e.g., XGBoost, neural networks).

Write clean, efficient, and reproducible Python code for analysis and experimentation.

Provide technical guidance to junior team members in an Agile environment.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to convert project goals into actionable DS tasks.

Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise insights for diverse stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands‑on experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer.

Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related quantitative field (highly desirable).

Strong foundation in statistics, experimental design, and model validation.

Advanced Python expertise (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, XGBoost/LightGBM).

Proven experience with time‑series analysis, especially from sensors or monitoring devices.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Experience with medical or physiological data (CGM/BGM, exercise physiology, or nutrition).

Knowledge of software development in regulated medical device environments.

Experience with big data frameworks (e.g., PySpark).
