We are seeking a Project Architect with 5‑8 years of professional experience and excellent design skills to join our studio. This position will focus on the architectural scope of our projects, including architectural and millwork details, and coordination of different trades (MEP, lighting, and construction administration). You will be the primary point of contact for the project team and responsible for the design and planning, permit document development, and construction drawing sets. Key Responsibilities

Design and plan architectural projects from concept through construction Develop architectural and millwork details Coordinate with multiple trades, including MEP, structural, and lighting consultants Prepare permit documents and construction drawing sets Manage construction administration tasks and conduct site visits as needed Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants Required Qualifications

5‑8 years of professional architectural experience in an office setting Experience with single‑family residential, hospitality, and/or commercial projects Degree in Architecture Strong knowledge of design trends, lighting, color, and materials Proficiency in 3D renderings, Microsoft Office, Adobe CS Suite, AutoCAD, Revit (a plus) Experience with building codes, zoning, ADA standards, and building department coordination Ideal Candidate Qualities

Knowledge of health & wellness standards Comfortable working independently while demonstrating professionalism with clients and consultants Self‑motivated, energetic, and highly organized Strong graphic and communication skills Flexibility and attention to detail Comfortable handling multiple projects at a time Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team environment Application Instructions
