Job Overview We’re looking for a Superintendent with strong experience leading K‑12 or education-focused construction. You’ll be the on‑site leader responsible for planning, sequencing, and overseeing day‑to‑day field operations. Your leadership will drive safe, high‑quality work and ensure an exceptional experience for school district partners, architects, trade contractors, and our internal team.
What You’ll Do
Supervise, train, and mentor field labor, including craft workers and laborers
Lead by example with professionalism, time management, communication, and client service
Ensure field work is executed safely, with quality, and in alignment with schedule
Participate in preconstruction services, including constructability reviews and project planning
Coordinate site activities and maintain strong communication with Project Managers, clients, and crews
Prepare and manage CPM schedules and detailed look‑ahead plans
Oversee daily and weekly reports, inspections, testing, and safety compliance
Monitor project costs and productivity, including labor and materials tracking

Preferred Qualifications
5–10 years of relevant construction experience
Proven track record managing ground‑up projects (K‑12, higher ed, etc.)
In‑depth knowledge of craft functions and union contracts
Experience with Procore and Primavera P6 (preferred)
OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR certification
Junior college or vocational education background a plus
Demonstrated commitment to inclusion, safety, and mentoring future leaders
