Senior Geospatial Analyst (W2 Contract)
Location: Onsite – Anaheim, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Contract: 6-Month W2
Pay Rate: $65‑$75/hour (depending on experience)

Senior Geospatial Analyst
to join their
Architecture & Facilities Engineering team . This role plays a critical part in supporting large‑scale resort operations through the development and management of enterprise GIS data, applications, and infrastructure.
This is a highly visible, hands‑on role where you ll collaborate with architecture, engineering, construction, utilities, maintenance, safety, and operations teams to translate real‑world assets into powerful digital systems that drive decision‑making and innovation.
What You ll Do
Serve as the lead GIS specialist supporting enterprise‑level geospatial programs across a large resort environment.
Manage and maintain content in ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal for ArcGIS), including:
Publishing services
Troubleshooting content
User roles and sharing permissions
Lead geospatial efforts on project teams, coordinating deliverables with project managers, engineers, and external vendors.
Ensure high data quality and consistency across enterprise geodatabases (schema alignment, domains, metadata).
Design and support automated ETL workflows using tools such as:
FME
ArcPy
ModelBuilder
SQL & Python
Contribute to GIS documentation, publishing protocols, and governance standards.
Provide technical GIS support to junior staff and non‑GIS users.
Develop visualizations, analytics, dashboards, and presentations for executive decision‑making.
Perform field verification of underground utilities, equipment, waterways, and other infrastructure assets.
Build and maintain mobile and web‑based GIS applications, including:
Field Maps
Survey123
Experience Builder
ArcGIS Dashboards & Solutions
Support system integrations with:
Autodesk Construction Cloud
Airtable
Maximo
Microsoft 365
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging GIS technologies.
Basic Qualifications
7 years of professional GIS experience, including enterprise ArcGIS environments.
Strong experience with:
ArcGIS Pro
Portal for ArcGIS
ArcGIS Enterprise
Mobile & web‑based Esri applications
Proven experience managing enterprise relational GIS databases.
Strong background in:
Spatial data design
Cartography
Coordinate systems
Spatial analytics
Hands‑on experience with automation & scripting tools, such as:
FME
Python
SQL
ArcGIS Arcade
ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript
Microsoft Power Automate
Experience supporting engineering, utilities, construction, or infrastructure projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with minimal oversight.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience deploying server‑side GIS in enterprise IT environments.
Familiarity with Esri Utility Network.
Knowledge of underground utility systems.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Bachelor s degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
