Cloud Networking and Automation Lead Engineer
Location & Salary
Alpharetta, GA – $70,000 – $80,000.
Responsibilities
Jump from the deep end of the pool – finalize the Alkira environment in a short timeframe and begin onboarding applications to production.
Gather application requirements to prepare for migration efforts: dependency mapping, firewall, DNS, load balancer, heavy BGP, Aruba SD-WAN.
Lead Alkira deployments and migrations, including policy definition, route segmentation, service insertion, and secure connectivity.
Build, maintain, and deploy Terraform modules for network automation and orchestration.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and client stakeholders.
Skills – Must Have
10+ years networking experience, including Alkira, Terraform/IaC, Azure, deep routing expertise, and excellent communication with team & executive stakeholders.
Highly skilled with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) tool.
Strong BGP routing expertise.
Skills – Nice to Have
Experience with Aruba SD-WAN/Silverpeak.
