The Challenge We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst who combines strong financial acumen with advanced analytical skills to drive planning, forecasting, and strategic insights. This role partners Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver accurate forecasts, actionable analytics, and data-driven recommendations that optimize growth and profitability. The ideal candidate is relentlessly curious, digs deep to uncover root causes, and ensures every analysis leads to a robust solution.
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
Track Plan vs. Actual and perform variance analysis to deliver actionable insights to leadership.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and reporting processes.
Revenue and Cash Forecasting
Build and refine multi-channel revenue forecasting models for SaaS and marketing services.
Analyze pipeline, churn, and acquisition trends to predict revenue performance.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on forecasts, quota setting, and performance tracking.
Develop 13-week rolling cash forecast models to improve predictability of cash.
Business Analytics
Design and maintain dashboards and scorecards to monitor SaaS KPIs (ARR, CAC, NDR, customer metrics).
Analyze product adoption, deal economics, unit economics, and customer/channel health.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; translate findings into strategic recommendations.
Cross‑Functional Support
Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, board materials, investment decisions and M&A opportunities.
Provide ad‑hoc analysis for pricing, new product launches, and market expansion.
What You Will Need to Succeed
You have at least 5 years of proven experience in FP&A or Business Analytics within SaaS or marketing services.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, Business, statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Expert-level Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, visualization).
Strong knowledge of SaaS business models and relevant metrics.
Experience with predictive analytics, revenue and cash forecasting techniques.
Exceptional problem‑solving skills with a persistent, inquisitive mindset.
High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
Excellent communication skills for presenting complex insights clearly to stakeholders.
You can travel up to 25% of the time to attend conferences and sales meetings.
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot and/or QuickBooks data is preferred.
Ideally, proficiency in Power BI for interactive dashboards and automated reporting.
SQL skills for data querying and manipulation is preferred.

Cincinnati, OH in Over-the-Rhine; Hybrid role, in office 2 days per week
