Client Services Coordinator | Senior Transaction Manager Lee & Associates Houston is looking to add a unique role that incorporates Client Services, Transaction Management and Marketing to our growing team of office professionals.

Our fully integrated commercial real estate company provides brokerage services, property management, medical office, and retail divisions. This role supports our brokers with client services, marketing support, and transaction coordination.

Responsibilities

Preparing proposals, contracts, leases, commission agreements, NDAs, and LOIs for our office brokers

Managing office transactions according to critical dates and timelines

Generating and processing comps and invoices for each deal and monitoring status of payments

Coordinating with brokers, clients, title companies, and surveyors to meet specified deadlines

Providing administrative support to brokers (copying, mailing, filing, scanning, faxing documents)

Managing property availabilities/listings through commercial real estate listing websites such as CoStar and LoopNet and other applications such as VTS

Assisting in creation of marketing materials (tour books, placemats, pitchbooks) consistent with our branding guidelines

Assisting new business development projects by drafting pitch letters, fact sheets, broker biographies, articles, and other marketing material

Responding to market/research requests by brokers effectively and timely

Exercising strict judgement and appropriate discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information

Collaborating with marketing to create custom designs for property‑specific marketing

Working closely with the company’s brokers to develop effective market research material for existing and potential clients

Working with other marketing team members to ensure deadlines and turnaround times are met

Performing any other duties as designated by Operations Manager or Managing Principals

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Commercial or residential real estate experience required

Real estate license preferred but not required

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

Knowledge of Adobe software systems

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop)

Outstanding design skill reflecting strong competency of graphic design principles

Ability to work autonomously and cross‑manage multiple projects and collaborate with marketing team

Staying ahead of design and marketing trends that generate brand awareness

Organized and resourceful with proven ability to multi‑task and meet strict deadlines

Detail oriented with excellent writing and communication skills

Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions
