A leading building materials manufacturer is seeking a driven
Territory Sales Manager
to lead growth efforts across the
Northern Kentucky
market. In this role, you will strengthen relationships with distributors and contractors, identify new business opportunities, and promote a complete portfolio of metal roofing panels, trim, and building components.
Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Expand sales within the assigned territory by targeting distributors, contractors, and key strategic accounts.
Prospect, engage, and secure new customers through jobsite visits, industry networking, and consistent travel.
Maintain and deepen relationships with existing accounts to increase product adoption and repeat business.
Serve as a product expert for metal roofing systems, panels, trim, and related accessories.
Partner with inside sales and operations teams to ensure accurate order processing and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
3+ years of sales experience within building materials, construction products, or a related industry.
Established relationships with contractors or distribution partners preferred.
Knowledge of metal roofing or exterior building products is a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Competitive base salary plus commission.
