Vice President, Transformation and Planning We are seeking a Vice President to join our Asset Servicing Line of Business in New York City, NY. The role sits at the heart of Asset Servicing’s transformation journey, focusing on driving operational alignment and execution of initiatives integrated with the Enterprise Lead to Ledger program.

Own end‑to‑end planning and tracking of delivery milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation across the Lead to Ledger transformation initiative.

Support Asset Servicing readiness, adoption, and governance across multiple business, operations, and technology stakeholders.

Drive first‑of‑its‑kind operating model changes across the organization, shaping new ways of working and enabling long‑term scalability.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.

7+ years of change management experience.

Strategic delivery experience in transformation programs within complex, matrixed financial services environments.

People leadership experience, including building, guiding, and aligning cross‑functional and operational teams.

Experience managing cross‑LOB dependencies with attention to controls, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Proficiency in project management tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Tableau, Power BI).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

7+ years of change management experience.

Strategic delivery experience in transformation programs within complex, matrixed financial services environments.

People leadership experience, including building, guiding, and aligning cross‑functional and operational teams.

Experience managing cross‑LOB dependencies with attention to controls, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Compensation Base salary is expected to be between $68,000 and $179,000 per year at the commencement of employment, based on experience and market location. Total compensation may include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long‑term incentive packages, and company‑sponsored benefit programs.

At‑Will Employment This position is at‑will. BNY reserves the right to modify base salary and other discretionary payments at any time.
