Commercial Paint Project Manager/Estimator We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator with a sales‑mindset to lead a team in a well‑established Commercial Paint Contractor.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Promote company services to General Contractors and property managers
Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects exceeding $500K
Provide leadership to project teams
Be a hands‑on and reliable leader
Position Qualifications
5+ years as a Commercial Paint Estimator
Ability to understand and present products and services
Planswift or similar software proficiency
Specific experience in commercial painting required
Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
