Overview This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in St. Petersburg, FL. Expectations for hybrid in-office schedule is three days a week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Foot Locker, Inc. is hiring a Finance Manager to join our Champs team in St. Petersburg, FL. This role is responsible for leading our omni-channel budgeting and weekly forecasting process by fostering a collaborative and agile work environment. The Finance Manager has the goal of driving profitability by managing risks and costs in support of the strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Support budgeting and forecasting process and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Provide insights into financial results (vs prior year, vs forecast, vs annual operating plan) through well-supported financial analyses and reports on key productivity metrics; identify risks and opportunities
Drive profitability by ensuring efficiencies in various SG&A and overhead expense areas
Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders across the organization to support financial planning, performance measurement, and strategic planning
Maximize the team’s collaboration and efficiency
Support the cross-functional interdependencies
Provide support to the management on special projects and requests, as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
5+ years relevant job experience
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Comfortable presenting to leadership and larger audiences
Experience with Power BI a plus
Ability to communicate and interact effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must possess excellent written and verbal skills
Benefits The annual base salary range is $90,000 - $100,000 /yr. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the following:
