Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Seattle, WA, with the flexibility for some remote work. Key responsibilities include managing real estate transactions, assisting clients with buying and selling properties, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a strong understanding of the local real estate market. The role also involves showcasing properties, fostering client relationships, negotiating sales terms, and staying updated on industry trends and regulations.
Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License
Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property transaction processes
Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Puget Sound real estate market
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and real estate technology
Commitment to fostering positive client relationships and delivering customer-focused solutions
