Vacation Sales Coordinator (Off Property Contact) – Up to $2K Sign-On Bonus!
Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to assist owners and guests with experiences and events, ensuring exceptional customer service while meeting sales objectives.
Location Key West, FL
Overview The Coordinator will play a key role in engaging with hotel guests, scheduling and presenting sales opportunities, and achieving volume production goals.
Responsibilities
Engage with hotel guests at desk locations and provide elevated customer service.
Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
Exceed budgeted sales presentation and volume production goals.
Ensure all guests attending a presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning about products and services.
Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Contribute to team goals.
Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
Available to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
Position may require background and drug screening in accordance with state and local requirements.
Physically able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
