Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with strong technical acumen, leadership qualities, and hands‑on experience in architecting, developing, and deploying scalable applications.

This is an ideal opportunity for seasoned professionals who are looking for long-term consulting engagements with high-impact projects across diverse industries such as finance, healthcare, telecom, and retail.

Key Responsibilities Architect , design, and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using

Python

Lead end-to-end

application development

using

frameworks

such as

Django ,

Flask , or

FastAPI

Define technical standards, review code, and mentor junior developers on the team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams —

DevOps ,

QA , and

Data Engineering

— to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

Implement

RESTful

APIs

and microservices architectures to support scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of hands‑on experience in

Python

development, with strong

software

design and architecture skills.

Deep expertise in

Django ,

Flask , or

FastAPI

frameworks

Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and cloud-native applications ( AWS ,

Azure , or

GCP ).

Experience with

SQL /

NoSQL

databases

such as

PostgreSQL ,

MySQL , or

MongoDB

Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines,

Docker , and

Kubernetes

Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in client‑facing roles.

Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating

AI /

ML

models, data pipelines, or

ETL

frameworks.

Familiarity with

frontend

Vue .js.

Exposure to agile methodologies and enterprise‑level software delivery.
