Supervise all store functions and associates while acting as Manager on Duty Maximize sales results through training, development, and coaching of direct reports Promote safety for both customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration Resolve issues concerns, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times Reinforce company Asset Protection strategies to eliminate shortages Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates Participate in weekly workload planning meetings Drive community relations participation through company programs and partnerships Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence Requirements
At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off‑price, big‑box, or specialty environment Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude Ability to work a full‑time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required Ability to lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and stand/walk for extended periods Additional Information
Base Pay:
$18.35 – $20.35 per hour Location:
