We’re looking for a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who is ready to play a foundational role in launching a brand-new surgical center in Springfield, Virginia. With an anticipated opening in mid-2027, this opportunity allows you to begin a leadership position immediately and help shape a modern, innovative, and patient-centered practice from day one.
Joining our team means becoming part of a group of respected surgical professionals who value collaboration, mentorship, and innovation. Our Springfield facility is designed to support the complete full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, powered by advanced technology, refined clinical workflows, and a strong organizational infrastructure to set you and your team up for success.
What This Role Offers
Immediate partnership with no buy-in required
$550,000 base salary plus a collection bonus
Sign-on bonus
Relocation allowance
Continuing education stipend
A high-growth Northern Virginia market with strong patient demand
Full access to advanced clinical resources and modern surgical technology
