As a Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC) Engineer, you will play a core role in architecting, developing, and validating the algorithms and control laws that enable safe, stable, and high‑performance flight. Your work directly impacts aircraft behavior, autonomy, and overall mission success.
Requirements
3–8+ years of experience in GNC, flight controls, or related flight dynamics engineering
Strong background in control theory, dynamic modeling, and state estimation (e.g., EKF, sensor fusion)
Hands‑on experience developing, tuning, and validating control laws for aircraft or similarly complex dynamic vehicles
Proficiency with modeling & simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, Python)
Experience integrating IMUs, GPS, air data, or other flight‑critical sensors
Familiarity with real‑time implementation and verification on embedded systems
Preferred
Flight test support or hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HIL) testing
Guidance algorithm development for autonomous or highly dynamic vehicles
Exposure to certification processes or safety‑critical system development
