Technical Analyst / Developer - Python and MOSEL
Location: Detroit, MI / Charlotte, NC / Lewisville, TX / Jacksonville, FL — Hybrid Role
Duration: 9‑12 months
Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders, value streams & global partners.
Deliver results in a highly complex matrix environment.
Facilitate project teams.
Read or query SQL, Oracle, SMSS.
Document and communicate requirements and technical designs.
Qualifications
Master the MOSEL modeling language (or learnable from Java).
Strong Python coding experience within the optimization team (FICO priority).
Knowledge of lending, auto, credit card, and related financial domains.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3+ years experience in financial services or a related industry.
Project‑management/business‑analysis certification or equivalent.
Business and/or IT experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
