Responsibilities
Monitor day-to-day internal flow and physician relationships
Assist in Pre-Op, PACU, and OR
Maintain adherence to operating policy/procedure manuals
Monitor daily staffing of employees and assignments
Maintain good interpersonal relationships with patients, coworkers, and other health team members
Assist in performance evaluation of all department personnel
Qualifications / Experience
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Registered Nurse License
2 years ASC Management experience
OR and SDS/PACU experience preferred
Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
