Position Overview As an RN Laser Associate you are the go‑to laser expert in this studio, administering safe laser treatments, educating clients, and overseeing operations.
Responsibilities
Provide safe and effective laser treatments adhering to Removery protocol.
Ensure compliance with safety protocol, treatment guidelines, and client information and records.
Establish trust with clients through excellent customer service while communicating realistic expectations.
Maintain accountability while collaborating with the studio team to achieve KPIs and foster a positive culture.
Perform light cleaning duties and manage administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure compliance with company learning and development requirements and maintain up‑to‑date licensing credentials.
Position Specifics Address: 1864 N Damen Ave, Chicago, IL 60647 Compensation: $45‑50/hr + uncapped commission Status: Full‑time Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday Monday: 8:30 am – 7:00 pm Tuesday: 8:30 am – 7:00 pm Wednesday: 8:30 am – 7:00 pm Thursday: 8:30 am – 7:00 pm Friday: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm Saturday: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm

Active RN license
Reliable transportation to studio and other locations
Client‑centric communication style
Availability for flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
Possible out‑of‑state travel for training
Ability to sit for hour‑long increments
Ability to lift 10 lbs or more repetitively
Comfort treating and interacting with the human body
Maintain confidentiality
Strong wrist dexterity and strength to operate laser and computer equipment
Ability to assess skin conditions and safely operate laser with goggles
