Community hospital looking to bring on Pharmacy Manager! Sign On Bonus! Full relocation!
Experience:
2–3 years of current acute care hospital experience is required.
Leadership:
Lead, Supervisor, or Manager-level experience is preferred.
Location:
Must be open to relocation or live within a 45-minute drive, as availability is required if incident command is activated.
Team:
This role oversees a total of 12 staff members.
Responsibilities:
Some bench work will be expected—intermittent, but we’re looking for a strong team player.
Reporting Structure:
Reports to the Multi-Site Director, with a dotted line to the CMO.
Regulatory Knowledge:
Solid understanding of Title 22 is required.
Technical Expertise:
Experience or knowledge in sterile compounding is preferred.
