We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Project Engineer to lead design projects, manage office operations, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Lead design projects and coordinate across disciplines.
Oversee office operations, staffing, and resource utilization.
Mentor and supervise junior design staff.
Perform project management duties.
Assist the Regional Manager in expanding the practice, including backlog growth, client acquisition and market expansion.
Prepare proposals and presentations with marketing support.
Maintain client satisfaction and relationships.
Participate in local professional affiliations.
Requirements
BS in Civil Engineering (required).
MSCE (preferred).
Florida PE (required).
8–12 years of conceptual, preliminary and final design experience, familiar with Florida DOTD details.
Prior management experience of a group or department.
