Base pay range:
$120,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do
Guide and support junior estimators
Lead quantity take‑offs and cost analysis
Build strong vendor and subcontractor relationships
Prepare and present competitive bids and proposals
Negotiate with clients to close deals
Transition projects smoothly from pre‑construction to operations

Solid knowledge of cast‑in‑place concrete design and cost drivers
