Director, Growth Enablement & Strategy

is a senior individual contributor role focused on building the systems, intelligence, and collaboration that drive commercial growth across our SaaS portfolio. This role is not hands on selling —it’s about

building the infrastructure and strategic insights

that empower our healthcare product growth & demand. You’ll lead the development of our

CRM and demand generation strategy , creating unified visibility across business units to unlock enterprise-level coordination, revenue acceleration, and market expansion in the healthcare technology space. Key Responsibilities

Architect, implement, and optimize an enterprise-wide CRM framework (e.g., Salesforce) to enhance relationship management, data visibility, and performance tracking across business units. Develop AI-powered tools and automations that provide actionable insights into pipeline health, engagement, and market opportunities. Build and execute data-driven demand generation programs that drive qualified leads and market engagement for SaaS products. Partner with marketing and product teams to design and test multichannel acquisition strategies (content, events, ABM, and digital campaigns). Create frameworks and governance models that connect product, marketing, and sales leaders to pursue joint opportunities and share customer intelligence. Build dashboards and reporting systems that align go-to-market efforts and track shared KPIs across teams. Develop scalable playbooks, toolkits, and analytics that empower sales and account teams with real-time insights into customer needs and buying signals. Lead training sessions and enablement councils focused on CRM adoption, data quality, and coordinated prospecting. Guide the organization’s national market presence through events, partnerships, and relationship acceleration programs with key healthcare decision-makers. Shape thought leadership initiatives and positioning that elevate our SaaS portfolio visibility. Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Strategy, or Demand Generation, ideally within enterprise B2B or healthcare technology. Proven track record leading CRM or RevOps transformations and implementing scalable marketing automation systems. Strong experience driving SaaS pipeline growth through coordinated enablement, intelligence, and marketing programs. Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms, with experience integrating AI or predictive analytics tools. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams. Backgrounds in growth strategy, marketing operations, or consulting highly preferred. Self-starter capable of thriving in dynamic, matrixed environments while building scalable systems from the ground up. Willingness to travel quarterly for key events and collaboration sessions. NYC-based hybrid role (3 days per week onsite).
