Work
Provide companionship and non‑medical personal care: dressing, meals, light housework.
Work close to home or within a distance you are willing to drive.
24/7 on‑call supervisor for questions or crisis.
Reimburse mileage; uniforms and PPE provided.
Paid training and ongoing training as needed.
Responsibilities
Choose full‑time, part‑time or as needed schedule.
Set own schedule; not pushed to work outside stated schedule.
Complete assignments only for clients you are comfortable with.
Qualifications
18 years or older.
Able to lift 25 pounds.
Pass background check and drug test.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
Starting pay based on experience with time and a half for overtime and major holidays.
Bonuses available.
Service Area Allen, Auglaize, Mercer, Putnam, and Van Wert counties.
