We are currently searching for an Assisted Living Director to join our friendly, caring and supportive team.
Day shift, full‑time
Location:
Park Place Independent & Assisted Living Apartments, Sac City, Iowa
Responsibilities As Assisted Living Director you will shape the culture of the facility, ensuring tenants receive a high standard of living and care. Your duties include overseeing all aspects of the independent & assisted living campus, managing the services offered to tenants, maintaining campus upkeep, and supervising and assisting staff to uphold high quality measures.
Qualifications Minimum requirements include:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Post‑secondary coursework in business and/or marketing.
Assisted Living Manager certification preferred.
1–2 years of experience in human relations, marketing, business, or a related field.
Licensure or certification as a healthcare professional or paraprofessional is preferable.
