We are looking for a SAP PLM/MDM Consultant to join our global digital‑engineering consultancy driving human‑centric transformation.

Main objectives Optimize product data governance, ensure data quality, and enable seamless integration across business units.

Responsibilities

Configure and manage SAP PLM and MDM modules to support business processes and operational efficiency.

Support product data governance and manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Drive compliance with data quality standards and master data management best practices.

Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and business teams to streamline data flow across departments.

Identify and implement process improvements related to product and master data management.

Provide technical and functional expertise during SAP PLM/MDM projects and integrations.

Support end‑users with training, documentation, and issue resolution.

Requirements

Fluency in German (spoken and written).

Strong hands‑on experience with SAP PLM and SAP MDM.

Solid understanding of product lifecycle processes and master data governance.

Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience in SAP integration with other enterprise systems.

Familiarity with engineering change management, BOMs, and related PLM processes.

Previous experience working in a manufacturing or engineering‑focused organization.
