DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing life‑saving care in an outpatient dialysis center. This position allows you to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families while working as part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

Base Pay Range $39.00/hr - $54.00/hr

Some Details About This Position
No dialysis experience is required for entry; training is provided.
Training may occur in a facility or a training clinic.
Float to various clinics during and after training.
Flexible schedule needed—mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
RN license in the state of practice (graduate RN pre‑licensure acceptable in some locations).
Strong communication, empathy, and problem‑solving skills.
Education: A.D.N. required; B.S.N. or accredited diploma accepted.
Computer skills: proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; charting in the electronic medical record system.
Requirements
Current RN license in the state of practice.
Minimum 9 months of RN experience—dialysis experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance in state of residence.
Education: A.D.N. required; B.S.N. or accredited diploma acceptable.
Computer skills: MS Word and Outlook proficiency.
You Might Also Have (Nice‑to‑haves)
ICU, CCU, ER, or Med‑Surg experience.
Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
Prior chronic hemodialysis, acute dialysis, or home hemodialysis (HHD) nursing experience.
Teaching/education background.
Additional certifications in nephrology or dialysis.
